About the role
You will provide personal care and reassurance overnight, carry out regular welfare checks, support residents who wake or become distressed, and hand over clearly to the morning team. Nights are calmer than days but no less important to the people we support.
What we're looking for
Previous care experience is preferred for night work, since you will be part of a smaller team. You must be comfortable working waking nights on a permanent basis. Enhanced DBS required.
