About the role
You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes, helping with daily routines, community activities, appointments and building independence. This is relationship-led work with a small, consistent team around each person.
What we're looking for
Patience, consistency and a genuine interest in people. Experience is welcome but not essential as full training is provided, including positive behaviour support. Enhanced DBS required.
