About the role
As a Senior Care Assistant you will lead a small team on shift, take responsibility for medication administration and care plan reviews, and support new colleagues through their induction. You will work closely with the Registered Manager on quality and CQC compliance.
What we're looking for
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or Level 2 with a commitment to complete Level 3. At least two years of care experience and confidence leading a shift. Enhanced DBS required.
